Position Summary:
Skilled Corporate Communication Manager with experience on External Affairs:
- Strategic communication plannning. Develop amd implement comprenhensive comunications strategies that align with the company’s vision, goals and objectives.
- He/She will work closely with functional leaders to implement digital campaigns and diferent communication strategies for the Market objectives and global vision.
- Create, design, execute and measure 360 communication campaigns (Corporate, and futuro sin humo)
- Manage relationships with media representatives to enhance the company reputation and awareness on THR and SFPs.
Primary responsibilities
- Reputation Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to safeguard and enhance the company’s reputation within the challenging landscape of an over-regulated industry.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and public perception to proactively address potential reputation risks.
- Develop a communication strategy that helps promote our smoke-free vision to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage communication during crises and mitigate potential damage to the company’s reputation.
- Corporate communication
- Create speaking opportunities for internal stakeholders and key spokesperson
- Foster positive relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to ensure accurate representation of the company’s activities and initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and transparent communication about company initiatives, regulatory compliance, and industry developments.
- Support cross-functional teams in social media and corporate voice projects.
- Develop and maintain a crisis communication plan to address potential reputational threats swiftly and effectively.

- Build a robust network of stakeholders, media and key opinion leaders to develop appropriate communication strategies and campaigns that help achieve specific goals of external affairs.
- Regulatory and governmental engagement and Public relations management.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and their implications for communication strategies.
- Develop and implement Digital Marketing/corporate strategies
- Agency Management for brief creation, adaptations, and campaign strategic planning.
- Design and implement comprehensive 360 comms strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage digital and off- line campaigns: plan and execute, oversee the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, ensuring it is optimized. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and adjust strategies if is necessary.
- Allocate funds strategically to maximize across different channels.
- Analytics and reporting to track campaign performance and analyze data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, marketing, Political Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate communication roles, preferably within a global company and over-regulated industry or in a media outlet.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts the online marketing and corporate landscape.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven experience in engaging with regulatory authorities and decision makers, capable of stablishing dialogues and negotiating in corporate and political environments.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing agencies & brand campaigns is ideal.
- Experience managing campaigns with META, Alphabet, and X is ideal.
