It has been more than 6 months since many of us entered lockdown for the first time, and in the face of a continuously shifting global situation and continued uncertainty for the foreseeable future, there remain many shared questions about what the impact of Covid-19 might be for us personally and professionally.

While many expert groups and economic analysts have sought to grapple with long-term consequences and macro trends disrupted or reshaped by the global pandemic, it is important not to lose sight of the day-to-day realities of coping with and adjusting to crisis – both as individuals, and as members of larger teams used to working together and interacting in traditional (now practically alien) settings.

To this end, Mavence is launching a new survey as part of a study into the impacts of Covid-19 on motivation and performance across multiple sectors and types of organisations, both to provide a clearer picture of individual experiences and to reflect on how different practices or levels of coordinated response have managed to respond to the uncertain landscape. This is a fully open study, and we fully encourage anyone who is interested to take a few minutes to submit their own answers and experiences via the survey form below, which will be fully anonymized and featured in our final report.
