His government experience has made him a more informed recruiter with a realistic sense for the skills and character required to succeed in public affairs roles. Ever since joining Mavence, Sergey has proved especially adept at identifying emerging talent with fresh ideas and approaches to crack tough policy challenges in Europe and beyond.
