Starting her professional career as a legal officer for a women’s rights association, Eleonore found herself heading to Rome to work at the French Embassy, before being called upon to set up an independent administrative regulatory authority in Paris. She then returned to Italy to manage the institutional relations of the largest lottery and gaming group, before taking over a major multinational retailer’s institutional and CSR leadership. Upon her return to Paris, Eleonore joined a public affairs agency, followed by a collaboration with a local authority to monitor the implementation of policies to promote social dialogue and professional equality.
